I dare my viewers to recognize the positive things other people do for them in their lives. And its on that point that I ask them to voice them either by comment or video response. And to then bring this exercise out into the real world. We must stand together to "Say No to Hate".

As I mentioned in my video hate can really wear a person down. It can take root in the soul. And if you feel like you want to end your life please take advantage of the resources I listed below. I'm also available if you need to reach out to someone. Just send me an email. And remember your not alone and that things get better.

  • @TheRivetthead I hope your life ends happily and you get what you want. I was going to reply with something horribly mean, but that goes against everything he just said. So, I hope you have a lovely life and you can learn to be tolerant. =) Thanks

  • shut it faggot lover

  • Look, let me just say that although I appreciate your efforts I think it's a losing battle. human kind is too stubborn by nature and slow to change -people are usually creatures of habit . most times ignorance is the root of hating others. its easier for some people to hate cause that way they don't have to understand others and they dont need to change their habbits. I believe the ability to challange ones preconceptions is rare - most people will never reach that level of mental development

  • We can all get better at saying positive things to eachother. Sometimes we might think that people will know that we love and appreciate them, and we don't tell them. But we should more often. Thank you for reminding me of this, Rick. The first person I think about is my mother, she goes out of her way to help and support people. I will get better at telling her how much I appreciate what she does and what a great person she is.

  • Rick, this is great. I agree 100 per cent. Just remember though that there's a lot of love in the world too. Our part of London (yes even in the big city) is really friendly and people help each other out all the time. I always make a point, for example, of thanking the guy who cleans our street every day. Your suggestion is spot on. Best regards Stephen

  • Well said.I agree.

  • I try and hold doors and say Thank you when others do it for me.
