Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix - Jet Balloon

Fighting the Jet Balloon in Neverland. The enemy flies all over the place shooting Missile Divers at you. If you don't have Aeroga active, the Missile Divers stun you and cause you to lose a lot of Munny if they hit you. You also have a limited amount of time to dispatch it before it disappears. The trick is to try to come at it from just underneath so that the Missile Divers can't get you but you can hit the Jet Balloon when you swing your Keyblade.

No, in fact I don't think you can. The best you can do is avoid them (which is very hard if you aren't using Aero).
