Are you guys insane?
1) Inception
2) 127 Hours
3) TKS
4) HTTYD
5) TSN. Zimmer is incredible! Social Network is one of the worst film scores ever made for the last 10 years!

Many people mat disagree, but here's how I think it should go:
1: Inception
2: The Social Network
3. The King's Speech
4. 127 Hours
5. How to Train Your Dragon
Side note: The Social Network score is much better when listening to it in the movie than it is by itself.

@paranoidandroid4321 Well, the Academy disagrees. In my opinion, The Social Network's film score is one of the best made in the past 10 years. It's so original, and it complimented the movie's plot in such a profound way.

HOW THE FUCK CAN SOMEONE FORGET DRIVE!!!

<3 <3 <3 HTTYD Battling the Green Death/ Test Drive/ Forbidden Friendship/ Romantic Flight/ This is Berk etc . HATE the clip used back in the actual Oscars!
-
How the hell did HTTYD not win
-
I read somewhere that Black Swan got disqualified from the Best Original Score nomination because they used music Tchaikovsky . But even The Social network used the track"in the hall of the mountain king" by Edward Grieg. So TSN should be disqualified

The reason why Inception should have won is that if you listen to the music alone , you can see that it works but The social network isn't like that. The reason why the Oscar didn't realize this is because they are a bunch of knuckleheads.
1. John Williams
2. Danny Elfman
3. Hans Zimmer
4. Thomas Newman
5. Howard Shore
Everyone else's works... who are they again?

@Clogged14 I totally respect your opinion, but I will put James Horner over Zimmer and Elfman any time, any day.

@thejhornerfactor Horner? It doesn't matter. As long as Williams is on top. Great pick though.

@Clogged14 Sounds really odd, but Horner is the whole reason why I love film music. Williams is the ultimate genius though, no doubt about that ;)
