I'm reading Joel's book now; it really is a great inspiration.

I love his voice! I know at one point he mentions how lucky he was to not have his vocal chords damaged, and I can see why. He sounds so amazingly confident (and charming, too!)

i really admire Joel for being so courageous and confident in himself. this is one thing most of us didn't have.i'm glad that he's a christian and that his story though is heart-breaking, but it brings light and life into ppl's life.I'm proud of him.God bless you, Joel!

if I was the guy next to him, I would feel really shocked of having him beside me, but at the same time, Joel would have all my respect. Sometimes we feel angry about some stupid things of everyday life.. Joel is a really brave man
