I found out that lyrics and music are from martin todsharow / tina dico.
martin todsharow is known for doing soundtracks, so obviously this song has been made especially for this movie. And afaik it has never been published elsewhere. Only thre movie itself and the CD with the original soundtrack from the movie.

Its a german film by martin gypkens called "Nichts als Gespenster" ( nothing but ghosts)
