I am so excited to have lighted hoops now, they add a whole new dimension to hooping! Really well-made by hoopingharmony.com! I have the Super Novas, 20 lights each. Video is sort of long, but did a clip with each hoop alone & then together at the end. I still need to build up strength in my arms!!
I am pysched to finally get the shoulder-duck-out move, thanks to SaFire's tutorial, along with a couple other new ones. Thanks to Sharna Rose , for the tutorial on the circus trick Angie Mackman did & thanks to youtuber, Sugarmagnolia72 for the cool down the body trick, that I didn't quite get here, but oh well. WHEEeeee!
