@nachtivision, what you see is was a sort of plastic tube with a bar inside and tables&chairs etc. where people could drink muled wine and other warm drinks. It was located right the middle of the so-called "Museums Quartier"(see my other video MQ). It is the biggest collection of museum in Europe or the world.
