This was my first attempt for the week...not bad, but could be better. My wall squat was was cut short due to a cramp in my right thigh...I certainly plan on attemping to beat my meager time of 1:20. I have to admit that I was proud of my 30 "masculin" push ups, LOL!

  • Incredible pushups, Tracy! I know that there is no way I can keep up with you on those. I have always sucked at pushups. I can do girl pushups to the cows come home though...LOL

  • @maddmaddworld I can do the many more of the girl push-ups, but I tried the boy ones more for the challenge. My arms were limp as rubber bands afterwards, lol....and now more pecs are sore as hell! Go NGU! LOL

  • Very nicely done!! This is not an easy challenge..I saw the mason twists and they were very good, too! Very Cool :)

  • @cotaman08 Thanks : ) I'm hoping to do this again on Saturday with hopefully better results when I'm feeling much better. Those mason twists are crazy...probably the first and last time I do them, lol

  • @biclvr Thanks : ) Usually my legs are my strong point...but obviously not today, lol. Looking to do much better on Saturday when I attempt this again!

  • Hi Tracy! Hey, good job on the wall squat in spite of your cold. I know you'll beat 1:20 once you're feeling 100 percent! I agree, 2:00 sounds like a good goal - challenging, but do-able. I got 1:05 last I tried ... but I've only tried once. Time to try again!

    But what was up with those pushups? The goal is to go to FAILURE, isn't it? You weren't even clsoe - you hadn't even had to pause yet, when you stopped! What are you, a QUITTER?? heh heh.

  • @johnbrakingground Yea, I went for the "boy" push-ups for the challenge aspect of it.....girlie push-ups are not that hard for me. My wall squat was could and will be better on Saturday : ) Looking forward to seeing your video : )

  • Another nicely done challenge. Looked great. I had to go back and look at how long my wall squat time was. 30 femenist pushups great LOL.

  • 1:20 may not be long for a female in great shape but it kicks the crap out of my wall squat time.. Pushups were pretty good too.
