RCGF 15cc Gasoline engine. Tried with various props, 14 x4(wood), 14 x7(wood), 14 x 7(MAS) , 15 x 8(wood), 16 x 4W(APC), 17 x 4(APC). However the best combination for 3D flying is 15 x 4W(APC). If one choose to fly pattern, an APC 15 x 6 would be the best!!!
With an APC 15 x4W, a very stable idle of 1450rpm, and peaked at 8850rpm. This is good news to all gasser flier who wanted to have a small gas engine airplane in their stable.
Light wood prop(between 14 to 15 inch) is not recommended as the prop momentum is not enough to keep the engine idle reliably after cutting back the throttle abruptly.
is it a weed wacker?

@3blindinglights
If somehow you want to use it as a weed whacker i guessed you can provided you attach a small cooling fan over the cylinder head.
This engine was designed from ground up as an RC airplane engine.

I've started using this engine after seeing this vid. It's in a couple of my videos.
It seems like my rpm on the APC 15x4w is going higher after about 2 litres of gas. My engine started out with only 8700 rpm and now it's getting stronger and produces over 9000.
Is your enging getting more rpm after some usage?

@C0ldFart
any gasoline engine after some "bedding in" will produce between 3% to 8% of additional power.
