Thousands China Hearts in Toronto

2008-03-29: Thousands of Chinese gathered at Yonge/Dundas Square of Toronto to Tell the Truth of Tibet History and Current Status. At the beginning of the rally, thousands of attendees, ages from 1 year old to over 70, some drove from 400 km far, and many people with tear in eyes, sing together "My China Heart". It was so touching that we felt our China Hearts were together again for our country. We were there to show our support to our homeland's effort to protect her from attacks to her integrity
and unity, to express our anger at some western media's bias in hiding the fact that the innocent civilian Chinese victims were burned live to death by their so called Tibetan "protesters". Together we expressed our condolence to those innocent civilian Chinese victims.

Yes, the western media is soooo biased that they are prepared to criticise their own governments. I mean even the American media was all over the atrocities commited by American personal in P.O.W prisons in Iraq in addition to having one hour documentaries outlining corruption and war profiteering by American companies in Iraq. When is the last time the Chinese media (as in singular) criticised brutalities commited by the P.L.A or P.A.P or corruption and racial discrimination.

I;m not a citizen of china but I understand their frustration- Tibet has been a part of greater china for a LONG LONG time... don;t be misled that its since 1950s. The western media are sooo biased in reporting.
