Affirmations combined with powerful photos to train your subconscious mind to want to quit smoking. Smoking does not calm your nerves, it makes you more nervous and anxious. Smoking does not help you think better or concentrate - it restricts the blood vessels which is very bad for your brain function. Time to come out of denial, admit the addiction and that the Merchant of Death - the tobacco corporations want you to believe quitting smoking is super difficult and most people fail. Not true. 90% of people who quit smoking,do so without nicotine replacement or even a quit date. We are very blessed to have many areas of support to encourage us to quit smoking - and stay quit. YOU too can stop smoking - with the 4 Ds - Delay, Distract, Drink Water & Deep Breathe. Smoking a cigarette never "fixes" anything, and that next cigarette could be the one that kills you.

I now have more than 90 days SMOBER (sober from smoking addiction) and thank heaven, it was jussta in time! On October 16, 2008, I underwent bilateral cardiac bipass and was on life support for five hours meaning a machine was circulating my blood and breathing for my lungs. Coughing after having my sternum/chest cracked or belching or sneezing is the most excruciating pain. Yes, heart disease is hereditary - but smoking makes your arteries in your heart cramp and spasm, you have way too much carbon monoxide in your blood and in your brain. When you suck on a cigarette, it would be healthier to suck on the exhaust pipe of an automobile. There are over 4,000 poisonous chemicals in each cigarette! Nicotine is a PESTICIDE - are you trying to poison or kill yourself, because everytime you light up and take a puff, that is what you are doing. It is so simple. It is so easy. When you commit 100% that smoking is no longer an option, you delay, distract, deep breathe or drink water, suck on a straw cut the size of a cigarette and you pray and beg and give it to God! Anything is better for you than a cigarette! Go for a walk, take a shower, brush your teeth, clean your tongue and be so thankful YOU ARE FREE from the Merchants of Death who entrapped you in the most horrid addiction that not only harms and can kill you, but harms and can and will surely kill anyone inhaling your second hand smoke. Anyone who tries to tell me they enjoy it, I say BULLSHIT - that is denial. What part do you enjoy, the burning in your throat and up your nostrils? The stench on your breath or clothing? The filthy ashtrays filled with black tar and stinking cigarette butts? I am not being harsh on you - I remember all too well! Rent or buy, THANK YOU FOR SMOKING starring Aaron Eckhart - it is a great comedy filled with truths about the tobacco industry, he is brilliant and you will "wake up" to how big tobacco tricks you, brainwashes you into thinking it is so hard to quit smoking! That is the grand hoax. OH, and for those who wail and whine this is their freedom of choice, again I say BULLSHIT, you are an addict and a liar - All addicts lie. I had quit for five years when I lit a cigarette for a friend on the beach on Bali because his hands were wet from surfing. The next day, I lit another friend's cigarette - the next day, I lit another friend's cigarette, then I bummed a cigarette and smoked it. The next day I bought a pack of Dunhill Cigarettes and the next day after that I bought a carton of cigarettes. 23 YEARS LATER, I quit on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 cold turkey and it was so gentle. It was so easy! I calculated the approximate amount of money I spent on cigarettes in those 23 years and it was $47,000 USA DOLLARS. I remember promising myself, I will quit for New Year's Eve, or as a gift for my birthday, or tomorrow or next week, or next month or when life is not so stressful!   • Get a Quit Meter online, tells you how many days, minutes and how much money you save that you are NOT burning up in toxic chemicals that harm you and the environment.

  • yeah it has been known to kill pets but sorry there is no proof anyone has inhaled enough second hand smoke to kill them, think about it EXHALED smoke has much less nicotene. There's just no way to trace deaths to second hand smoke.
