This looks like a David Hamilton movie from the 70s but without the constant soft diffusor to me.

I hope they're at least open about the fact that this is all taken from Dogtooth. It's cool to interpret stuff, but you'd be better off watching Dogtooth and thinking on that a bit, despite how much I like Alpine.
