That guy at :30 isn't an "addict," he's just sad, I'm sure you'll clear that up later.
Study shows cannabis use eliminates heroin use in heroin-addicted rats. (They just ate a lot of cheesies instead :)
At 3:00, he was "behind the conversation," but that's always the way it is when you first use it. Then your brain figures out cannabis and you're not slow anymore. It does change your thinking though, doesn't it?
