Wonderful ! - Just this morning I found some of my vinyl-LP´s (Got many of Marcs originals), put some Suzy Quatro on the grammophone (Yes, I still got one) and the music is just the same kind of 70´ties mood and sound. It just gives you a good feeling.

I'm a huge Nick Gilder fan and, while this version is great, I think Pat Benatar's is the definitive. Her voice is even better than Nick's, as cool as it is, and she adds that little "Hot Love!" coda to the end of each chorus, Nick's is way more T-Rex-y, which is also cool. This guy should have been HUGE - thanks, disco! Yet another great talent wallowing in obscurity for not bowing down to the sacred mirror ball.

not a great fan of pat, but yea, hers is better. not like her usual kinda metal pop stuff. this is great you should have used all the great old time porn stars, Samantha Fox(not the crappy singer), VEronica Hart, Annette haven, Vanessa del rio, Serena,Leslie Bovee, so many. wow even our porn stars were better than the ones of now. They look like clones of eachother today skinny girls with breast implants,died blond hair

I agree. I grew up with Pat's version which seems to have more structure to it with the lyric placement, but they are both just so fun to grove to.

First time I've heard this version, it's good but I don't know if it's better than Pat Benatar's cover.  Kind of like milk chocolate and dark chocolate, both good but different.
