if you listen to more of her interview she's always talking like that. its more likely she doesn't know what to say and is trying to be careful with her words.
She's taken a lot from the media and haters, she's got to be careful. especially when talking about two very popular actors like Jet and Jackie whom have like their own religion..lol.
If you can understand chinese, she's very well spoken and is less shy, people are just normally more at ease in a language they know better.
