ive been sooo lucky with rrod.... gotten all four different ones. and never had to send it in our DIY it.... just turn off and unplug. =D can anyone give me any ideas as to y this happens?

the night before it broke my screen was all checkered and the next morning it had 1 red light with the E74 error! what fun!

mine fucked up now lol had my console 3 mths. To get your console off the e74 error and to play you can over heat it by leaveing it on for 10 mins and turnning off and letting it cool down got a few more hours out of mine buying new one 2 moz

@frogsby1 you have been lucky. currently this xbox is working fine, I gave it to my brother and bought an 360 elite for about 100€ to a friend of mine, that is also working great
