I'm not familiar with Dylan's version, but the feeling I get from this version is that there's hope. "Great and drastic change is coming, but we can make the best of it and make things better than they were" kind of hope.

Ritchie's playing is wonderful as always, as is Candace's singing

Velvetkit, I had the priviilege to hear them live at Schloss Waldeck (Waldeck Castle, where the hardcore medieval musicians meeet, without sound engineers and toothbrace demographic seeking PR ijits) goosebumps moments I´ll never forget.
