Just guessing. But I think this logo was made by the same people who made the DiC kid in bed logo.

8 seconds of the logo that are the following logos

When did this logo establish? "1987 or 1990" or "1950s, 1960s and 1970s"?

The P-head logo was designed in the 60's, and this particular animation of it is from the '80s, recorded from air (and not home video).
