Old age British people get herded up during winter and have to live like it was 20 years ago.
From "the box of old tapes from under the stairs". Great old British Government made Public Information Film. Made to warn the general public about certain "Dangers" they ended up never being shown at peak viewing times because they were not funded, only made by the British Government, so ended up being "aired" in the small hours after midnight because the Independant Television company would only put on the highest value "ADS" on during peak viewing times such as washing powder, supermarkets, and banks, people who could afford to pay the high rates for peak times so subsquentially the "ADS" that were meant to help and protect very rarely got seen. Phew... any questions and I will gladly try to answer.
