Why is it elapids' venom is so much more potent than viper venom? Do neurotoxins need to work harder to do their job than hemotoxins?

@galenrichards1972 Especially since they no longer make antivenin for it. The last stuff expired in 2010.

thank you very much for posting... it is very interesting made and informative for ppl what would like to know more about TX snakes... btw red thouch yellow, red thouch black is just true in north america... if you go to the south in the jungles, don't think about this rule.... there live also coralsnakes, with red to black... Micrurus frontalis for ex...

i like this vid thoughiwish it wold have sown the diffrence between a cotton mouth and the normal wate snakes... lol but besides that great vid and pretty informitive(:
