I like the NCA dance better. Spirit always dances to some kind of show tune so i was disappointed to see them change their dance.

U c them in every routine because they are on the score sheet.. U have to do majority baskets with there being a 3 trick minimum... Example would be kick double... U will get a higher score if u do a 4 trick basket; meaning hitch kick double, or switch kick double... The score also comes from technique and over all execution... Limitation is that u can only do a max of 2 twists... So u could do a full-ball-kick-full....
