Do only what you can do. Don't stress urself out trying so many videos at a time. Nothing wrong with once a week. :)

I like you videos, so naturally, I think you should make them, but if it takes away from your mental health, I say stop! For the love of all that is good in the world! Otherwise, I'd love to keep seeing your videos

I think 3 days a week is very reasonable. Ive thought about vlogging, but working 6 days a week I dont think id try for more than 3 days a week myself. I mean, you got to be reasonable and realistic with yourself.
