@superflylaurie The casting for redfield was fine, they just destroyed the story thus destroying every character in the process. Last time i checked wesker didnt have any los plagos mouth.

Also, I recall someone saying Peter Facinelli (aka Carlisle Cullen) would've been an excellent choice for Wesker. While I can agree perfectly with that due to how he (to some degree) looks like Wesker in the Twilight movie, I still think Shawn Roberts was a good choice.

Many people say Shawn Roberts was a bad choice for portraying Wesker, which actually makes me wonder if anyone has actually seen (or even remember) "Resident Evil: Extinction" with that one scene where Dr. Isaac is in a room with an Umbrella Chairman, that chairman being Wesker. That guy looked nothing like Wesker (no hating on the actor). Shawn had some good parts and bad parts in this movie, true, but as far as actor goes, they could have made a far worse choice.

1 had fantastic atmosphere with a great soundtrack to boot. That film was in another league compared to the sequals, but calling it 'Resident Evil' just doesn't seem fitting. 2 was just awful. 3 sucked as well but was mildy better and then came After Life which was one of the worst films I've ever gazed upon... XO Shawn R was too young, not tall enough and a bit too buff to be playing wesker. Still, his casting was miles better than the guy who played Chris.

The Chris Redfield casting was crap.
He was great as Wesker.
Crap storylinbe though. I wished they had made RE5 type movie.
