@ALEXFVHS Okay here are the facts then Ron Paul on two occasions says that he doesn't support amendment rights on a federal level. First on gun control in the SC debate. The fourteenth amendment gives the fed the ability to enforce the bill of rights on the state level as far as I've heard :-) If it's not so then he isn't upholding what the founders intended by saying people have rights under the constitution. The second is abortion. He says the fetus is a person and then what about amend 5?
