LOL, I was here during this interview. I can see me and my girlfriend sitting in the back row. I remember I couldn't stop fanning myself with a flyer because it was so damn hot in there.
I can't believe Richard Quitevis AKA Dj Qbert didn't even mention me.
I was scratching in Daly City since 1983 before I even heard Rockit. I was listening to Buffalo Gals by Malcolm McLaren and the World Famous Supreme Team.
My radio shack mixer can actually be seen on my Myspace photos. the photo where I'm doing a hand spin.
I been scratching since 1982 in the bay area
I'm surprised Qbert didn't mention me, I used to let Apollo and Chuey Gomez Mix on my set up when I was doin a gigs in halls and house parties.
Qbert was with my high school friend Alex Aquino and Apollo
I bought Malcom Mclaren in 1982 and stepped up my game by 1984.
Sure I quit scratching for a while but I never forgot my passion.
And now it's time to let the world know the truth.
It's time to show the world my skills.
