@RurikoMYV You need to have fast reflex and be on constant movement. Im packed with 5 herbs, 6 to 8 medicines, 4 secret medecines and 1 Perfect medecine. I barely use neither of them. At the end of the battle, I probably have used 1 or 2 healing items.

What can I do if I have only umm 1 Secret Medicine and 1 Perfect Medicine?
