Maybe - Next to Normal- Duet Ready(You sing Natalie)

Hey Everyone!

So OMG this song was SO hard and Yet Very Pretty!

I am doing this for Kaitlyn (Peterpandancer) we decided on this song... and a few others for later in the summer! so stick around!

Now NO this is NOT in any way perfect... i had learnt this in 1 night... and the next day had 30 min.s to my self and got to record! i did do another song but it didnt turn out so ... Opps!

It took me awhile to figure out what this song was about... i had to look up the musical since i have never heard anything else besides Superboy & the invisible girl. and WoW im in love with this musical!

I do hope i did it partial justice... i know the timing is a bit off on my parts in a few places...and a few notes were extremely hard for me between high and low! :-O i tried to go for the emotion in the song!
... the great piano work comes form Spyderjosh... but it was a tid bit faster then The OBC.. which is what i was listening to whilst recording!

Ok enough blabber!

Very good, but very pitchy in places. That comes from inproper breathing. ;)

@winter0babe0kels well thanks for your honesty! yes im trying to get better at that! its hard when im not sure what im doing! lol... and this song was hard! at least for me! i learnt it in about a day, Im hoping to get my own space to get to sing so i dnt have to rush through each recording. Are there any exercises you recommend to help me improve? I would really appreciate any tips! thanks for listening

@MunchkinGoddess86 Breathe from your diapraghm. Look in the mirror: when you breathe, do your shoulders and chest lift up and fall down? If so, you're breathing wrong. When you breathe, breathe as though you were asleep: make sure only your stomach pushes out. When you sing, you have to work your diaphragm/abs. Also, close off one ear so you can hear yourself. I think the best choice though is to just get a good voice teacher who you're comfortable with. :)

I love it! After I comment here I'm going to go and check out Peterpandancer's version. :) I recently discovered Next to Normal as well. It's a pretty good musical!
