Sony Bloggie MHS-PM5K vs Flip Mino HD Splitscreen Test and Review

http://www.bradgosse.com compares the Sony Bloggie MHS-PM5K to the Flip Mino HD in a split screen test. The audio from the Sony was used because the sound was better and louder from that cameras mic. The flip video image is much sharper but the Sony is brighter.

I want a pink camera but I can see Flip is better video quality. Thanks for the info. Do you know about any other same quality IN PINK?? I dont care about the brand just need BEST quality and if it is possible, pink and small. I need one with the same or better quality than this flip mino. And it gotta record with flash light. Pls tell me the flip mino has a flash led?

@HC32KING Yes you will need a key but not if you have your own pocket 3G/4G wireless router along with a USB modem. Secondly there are several 'open' wireless networks in almost every city you go so chances are you can get a 'free ride' off an open network without burning up much of your USB modem service.

@HC32KING I am willing to make the sacrifice financially to get it as long as I can get it for about US$200 but Sony's suggested price is US$250 however, its not yet available... well not until after the CES (Consumer Electronic Show - 2012) so by month end, it should be in major stores. I like the Wi-Fi feature very much and the ability to stream live. I have been doing some deep reading on it and it has some 'limitations' that I don't like but I suppose that I will have to live with it.

@HC32KING The Sony wins with features but from picture quality, it should be obvious that the Flip as a sharper picture however, I do acknowledge that the latter doesn't have autofocus which the Sony is blessed with. I am actually thinking about buying one of the new "Sony Bloggie Live" but I had to do some research first to see how its predecessors performed.
