  • @paulj0557 Hi! I think there are schematics somewhere but I have not properly studied them yet and am not sure where they are. The schematics I've seen were for the former incarnation of the instrument. It started life as an extra 3rd manual for the Christie at Edmonton: he was a radar engineer in the war so construction with valves was second nature to him. He redesigned with transistors and then op-amps finishing development in the 1990s. But also he knew _how_ to play it to its best.

  • @latribe Percy Vickery's organ is amazing sounding! I've heard so many electronic theater organs and I have a Gulbransen Rialto II, a Wurlitzer 4500 (identical to the Wurlitzer electronic theater organ- the 4520, but 4500's in a straight cabinet w/ couple less rhythm sounds), have a Thomas Palace III- a 3 manual beast. Also have a Hammond Elegante, & 2 electrostatic reed Wurlitzer 46' series 31 & 310 tone cabinet.

    I think Percy's is better then them all! Did he make/leave schematics?
