  • well considering you are wearing a gatorade logo shirt I'm pretty sure those are either opinions or 1 sided facts cuz im pretty sure if your thirsty you will drink and gatorade has a lot of calories which will probably cause more abdominal cramps and also if you are an obese athelete trying to lose weight like many linemen or even just a healthy soccer player trying to get more physically fit and faster water is better for losing weight definately and sodium also makes you thirstier

  • i agree sports drinks are better for all the reasons he said in this vid..not once did he say there was anything wrong with drinking water while exercising, he simply stated the benefits of drinking an alternative that can benefit your body more then water can.

  • This guy is wearing a gatorade shirt of course he is going to say sports drinks are better. There will never be anything wrong with water in the past, now , or in the future, unless its some how contaminated.
