@TherealRNO: I agree with you on everything except for one thing: I actually thought John Kassir was a worthy replacement for Charlie Adler. And that wasn't because of Jamie Kellner. It's because Adler was upset about not landing a major role on Animaniacs, while less prominent voice actors on the show, like Rob Paulsen, got major roles. He left TTA in frustration and John Kassir replaced him.

It's amazing what the writers of The Pinkie and the Brain got away with. They had already made two episodes mocking the idea of adding a third character, and then this.
Then again, considering how much crap got past the radar on these shows I wonder if the executives even watched the finished episodes before airing them.

@TJSpyke2L: But when even the producers, voice actors, writers (Peter Hastings left WB & helped Disney create the One Saturday Morning block that beat WB in the ratings that year), etc. DETEST the idea, you KNEW that top executive Jamie Kellner was KILLING the Speilberg cartoons left & right...with Buster's replacement on TTA, the early end of A!, this ruining of P&tB, etc.

They were FORCED to make this crap, even though everyone involved--writers, producers, voice actors, & of course the fans--knew it was going to SUCK. The theme song itself mocks how moronic the idea is, but Jamie Kellner was an idiot douchebag executive who KILLED what made Kid's WB great before the entire block itself died because of his stupidity.
