  • interesting that the last penny was ringing in at the 85. I find that many pennies I find also come in at that range. I wonder why they act like quarters in the ground, but once out of the ground, they always ring in around 70.

  • @kenfleenor I was out yesterday and had a good quarter signal, dug it and it was a dime. I dont know why coins do that. I have even dug some zincs that hit up in the quarter area.......????

  • Buying and selling detector is about as much of hobby in its self for me as detecting. I did pick up a whites xlt last week and used some different programs and liked how you can set it up so many ways. I finally found a setting in the relic program that worked pretty good after tweaking it some. But it did not touch any of the large cent size coins in my test garded like the at pro did and tekentics t2. I don't think its as deep of a detector as people say it is. what do you think ?

  • @martelnews I like to try different detectors too.....I try to get them at a real good deal so I dont lose too much money or any when I resell them. Dont always work that way though......Lol. I have two detectors that I always keep, the E-trac and the Omega. I use the third as the buy sell detector. I did not see the depth some people talk about with the XLT. Now the V3 is another story. It has plenty of depth. I am actually starting to like it better than the Omega in some ways.

  • Another great vid, keep them coming :) HH

  • @martelnews I just picked one up and using a setting I found on youtube I found a penny (nz) a a depth of 9 inches in my lawn which I've hunted maybe 4 times with different detectors...was impressed but so far it seems to be a copper magnet and not so good on the silvers

  • @dusteater86 Thats why I like it.......;o)

  • dude im amazed the pistol pointer got the signal that deepp!! crazzy man! haha good purchase i guess.... HH
