"Am I Ever On Your Mind" is a reflective crossover love song, that brings a previous relationship from an earlier and more innocent time, into the virtual reality of the singer's mind.

The original idea is Al's, triggered by a flashback of a girl he once knew years before. The relationship never matured. But, what if it had? How many lives would have been forever altered? And did he ever cross her mind?

The original lyrics and music were written in 1985 by Al Curving and Dan Laurie, registered with the U.S. Copyright Office in 1985 as part of the album Slices of Life in Story N Song Vol.2, and revised in 2009 to this version.
