@punkhoplove You're not too young for anti aging eye cream or face cream -- but really, for you, the best bet is a hydrating product that is antioxidant rich, not a retinol based product. @vaneliamero 1. u can use LOREAL EYE DEFENSE it will help u to get rid of the dark circles 2. use fresh potatoes rings around the eyes for 10-15 min.
