  • movements are sharp, but out of place. With 20yrs expierence and having done and seen this kata done tons of times, i would say go back and learn the directions of the movments again. Also you need a bigger place to practice,so you dont need to compromise the forms integrity. however the moves are very crisp.

  • バランスと運足が雑過ぎです。多くの型を中途半端に覚えるより、一つの型を磨いた方が良いですよ。

  • This ought to be one of the worst Seipais I've ever seen. I'm sorry but it's true, movements weren't solid and she leans backward a bit too much. Makes her look wobbly. I do Shito Ryu, I've seen this kata a lot and I've done it for tournaments many times too. There is room for improvement tho :)

  • @bushidoartss Excuse me?

  • @MeanEyedCats you guys do not have time to train real martial arts?why are you interested in gymnastic?

  • I am a Shotokan practitioner, but I really love the Goju and Shito kata like Seipai, Saifa, and Seienchin. That being said, from an aesthetic point of view I wasn't all that impressed with this version.

I'm not saying it was bad. It was certainly well done and well practiced, but from my perspective the moves did not seem very crisp. It appeared to be a bit drifting and unfocused.

Anyway, just my perspective. I'd love to hear other opinions.

  • i would do her

  • im gonna take a punt and say that this is a Shito Ryu practitioner(since im pretty sure Shotokan and Wado Ryu dont have this kata in their syllabus, either way, very obviously not a Goju practitioner), but putting that aside and looking purely from a competition point of view, this is actually pretty good, very strong movement in ur stances, very snappy and quite good flow. The slow parts couldve been slower and maybe u couldve paused a bit longer at times, but overall, very impressive :)

  • Bad. I'm sorry.

  • hello, not terrible but....i guess in your style some movements are done a bit diffrerently , also rytmically, but some stances and sequences were terrible ( for a black belt ) some were good , also timingwise. keep on training...osu.
