The music? Nah, it's the exact same, because its playback. Its the video quality that affects the sound.
The fact of the matter is that I agree with you, they could've done it live easily, but this is not live - maybe they did not get to decide.
The thing is, when an artist sings live, there are always subtle or less than subtle differences between the live version and the studio version. This is by ear a 100% match to the studio version.

@Hukka55 I think you are soooo wrong.These two voices had the capacity AND the posibility to perform this stuff life....why should they do otherwise?????I heart them bouth live so.......Look to the mimmic boy and you will see.Great performers like this always add an x-tra word or sound while singing.The only fake thing is the music......

Ach.. it's live, sure. But it's playback. They should let them sing live too, both have great voices.
And before you start telling me I am wrong, take your time to listen to a recorded version, right here in youtube. Everything is a 100% match. It's playback.
