If you limit your minds, then you're limiting your understanding of just how advanced science & technology is. Just because you don't hear about the technology in everyday life doesn't mean it doesn't exist as formiddable weapon technology. Directed Energy Weapons(DEW's) are fact. What do you think Pres.Reagan meant in the eighties when he spoke of Star Wars & SDI (Strategic Defense Initiative)? This wasn't some niave project with just propoganda behind it. All sorts of technology exists,fact!
I wonder why I didn't hear the huge, thunderous cracks of demolition charges as that thing went down -- why were the sirens of the emergency vehicles the loudest thing? Where was the "crack crack crack" sound of the charges! Aha! 9/11 TWOOF movement is rubbish.

Actually they wouldn't be a factor at all, as ALL explosives make noise. There is NO such thing as a "silent explosive". Such a thing would, by definition, not produce a pressure wave, and so not be an explosive!
