you still need to breed cows and chickens to be veggie.

try a herbivorous diet, its easy, I did it in one day. my skin,fitness ,energy and over all health is so much better i can concentrate allot better too. I do not feel groggy like when I used to eat dairy. its awesome.

seriously try this......one blob of humus mixed up with pepper apples,tomatoes a few beans,lettuce, cucumber and if you want that filled up feeling a little bit of olive or hemp (better for you) oil with a pitta bread.:P
