So, inspired by BJ Penn's daily training journal where he shows what he's eating, I'm experimenting with the idea that a martial arts teacher can "teach" in this way --teach, inspire, educate, and at the same time, be held more accountable to his/ her own training and practice. Whether my journals in the future contain diet info or training or education or what-have-you issues, the idea that video-based blogs help meet and inform people is, well...a given. The way we talk about and promote the martial arts and "the martial arts lifestyle" is changing (improving).
