Citizen Groups Derail Amnesty for Illegal Immigrants

MSNBC interviews FIRE Coalition co-founder Jason Mrochek on the instrumental role citizens grassroots organizations played in derailing legislation in the U.S. Congress to offer amnesty to literally tens of millions of illegal immigrants. Groups such as FIRE Coalition, Grassfire.org, NumbersUSA and FAIR (Federation for American Immigration Reform), as well as talk radio and bloggers, have provided people with valuable information on the destructive impacts of various amnesty proposals, allowing citizens to see through the dishonest rhetoric from our political leaders (who frequently tout the "benefits" of "comprehensive immigration reform"). Recent proposed amnesty bills have offered amnesty to millions while doing little or nothing to secure our national borders or force employers to comply with existing immigration laws.

US is used to be a homeland for European people. Mexicans have their homeland, which is Mexico. They should go home and build a better life their. Taking land from other people is a bad idea and immoral. No people would like to give out their land. That is why many people in US oppose illegal immigration from Mexico. The work done by Jason Mrocheck is great! It would help Europeans to save at least a part of their land, hopefully.

I'm not sure how "Europeans" play a part in saving our homeland as you say, but certainly ending the illegal alien invasion will help Americans to save our homeland.

You are correct in saying the American citizens will win in the end. This guy said the solution would be to deport even the little kids who have been living as Americans. That,along with his websites that target Mexicans and folks who speak Spanish show what whacko racist he is. He probably thinks any brown or yellow face wasnt born in the US. He will wither away because he cant deal with social evolution. Keep hiding your hate behind the Constitution like the other "patriot" cowards !

1) The solution to the illegal alien invasion is already partly codified in law. Jason, merely said that when children are deported, it is because of the poor choices of their parents who knew they could face that penalty.

2) None of the FIRE Coalition project websites target Mexicans. They target the illegal alien invaders. I challenge you to find anything on any of the FIRE Coalition websites that calls out Mexicans and Spanish speakers as our target.

Dobromir, I think that we should have zero immigration, at least for a while. But remember that many Mexicans are European, descended from Spaniards, and many U.S. citizens are also that mixture of Native American and Spanish. We need a national policy of zero population growth that will benefit Americans of all races.
