Seriously I'm from Baltimore (and black) and most of my friends from Baltimore are black. It's one of the blackest cities in America and has been since before the revolution. If the police make any arrests, most are gonna be black -because most of the people are black. Every numerate black person I know understands this. (but consider none of us hang out on corners all day and shoot phone videos).

@DiamondsGlow87 What I meant was that the video itself is bad quality. It might be harassment but it is hard to tell because the video isn't showing what the cops are doing to the kid and there's no context, was the kid just chillin there? I'm not trying to argue the police were right.
