This video focuses on the LIONS and THROAT STRANGULATION. For all those tiger and lion fans.

(The life of a lion, or tiger for that matter, is certainly NO LIFE OF EASE. Check out youtube's "Blast: Lion Murderers" video and you'll see what I mean...)

  • A 20-year-old female elephant has been killed by a tiger in the Corbett Tiger Reserve (CTR), a forest official said.

The half-eaten body of the pachyderm was found by a forest patrolling team on Friday morning, Uttarakhand Chief Wildlife Warden Srikant Chandola said.

    ‘Rare incident'

“The killing of elephant calves by a tiger is a common incident in jungles, but this is a very rare incident when the tiger has attacked and killed an adolescent elephant,” he added.

  • @kangarooHeart

Logic: How the elephant be 20 years old but at the same time "adolescent"? I don't get it.

You would have to that about a 1000 times to prove the average outcome to anybody. People would argue over the results, otherwise.

  • @Inuyashafanx3 because that would be cruel and unfair as they would never meet in real life. Don't be a mean such and such ;)

  • @markus777 Ratio. Assuming elephants live longer than humans, they reach adolescence at a later age than us.

  • @elanxx a lion yes. But saying a polar bear would beat a siberian tiger is like saying a 400 pound suma-wrestler would beat up a 200 pound boxer. Complete bull.

  • @A4Ryn youtube/ccUOM7n_0IU tigress vs lioness

  • @kangarooHeart Dont u know y lion is the king ........tiger suck lions rule.............

  • @sleek1978 yeah

  • @kangarooHeart thank you ...i researched that story and it checks in ..some ppl wont accept facts

  • their explanation of a throat bite is totally wrong . lions cut off blood circulation to the brain with a faint bite to the throat . the prey dies due to a lack of oxygen in the blood to the brain

  • @kangarooHeart One, Asian elephants are pretty small, well smaller than African elephants that is. But just because an official saw a dead elephant, doesn't mean the tiger killed it. Could have been dying, sick, weak, or already have died. I can imagine an Asian elephant tripping to their death, injury or doom in the dense jungles of Asia.

  • A polar or grizzly bear would destroy either a lion or tiger.
