its possible to have bloating and gass even if you dont ahve an infection , i did check with a tube myself.
I think it comes down to chewing and eating more greens and fruits.
eat smaller meals to saisfy your stomach .

but its not alaways this .. sometimes the food doe snot go down ...
what have done to help it is to eat vegetables and fruits , because they contain alot of the needed components to help the stomach work.
because we are eating so much processed foods like meat is a fprocessed food its not alive.. we need to eat more live foods such as fruits and vegies.

Your energy should increase eventually and digetion should improve, bowel movements become more normal, they should look like brown bananas, smooth and soft and have 2 to 3 bowel movements a day. Diet is critical to healing the muscosal barrier which in turn will assist in the reduction of H-pylori. I like to also use supplements. I find that Matula tea works great, it is part of my H-pylori protocol.

Remember stress is generally were illnesses start. Antibiotics can be very helpfull along with diet and supplements. The muscosal barrier needs to heal. It takes one to two years to heal. You may want to get off of gluten, soy and dairy products, or anything you think is irritating or causing inflammation.

Hi, diet is a very important consideration when dealing with H-pylori. I get my clients off of gluten, soy and dairy products. Also consider that it is a bacteria and can easily be transfered from person to person, therfore can get it from eating kissing, eating off of someones utensils or drinking from the same glass. I hope this helps.
i hav the same problem ,it comes and goes i get a fullness in my stomach loss of appetite and alot of belching ,i went to the doc and they did a endyscopy an he says its alot of acid i have .what can i take for this ,this is so annoying an i have no appetite at all wen i get like this im trying to gain not lose. thanks

High acid is sometimes difficult to reduce. Stress, infections, diet, and lack of sleep can influence the acid as well as the appetite. I wish there was a majic pill I could suggest for you. Your situation would take more detective work to figure it out.

Thank you for this video. I have been diagnosed twice, with H.Pylori. I felt better both times, after the treatments. I fear a recurrence, as I have been enduring the same agony I have tolerated for approximately three years. I have read about pets being a possible source of transmission. e.g. dogs or cats. I do have dogs. My back, along with my side aches after I eat. This is accompanied by excessive belching. Could this menace be haunting me once more?

H-pylori can be difficult to get rid of. It is my opinion that if diet and parasites are not addressed as well, the infection comes back. Another point to consider is that it is a bacteria and is easy to get through saliva. I suggest that all family members get tested and treated if necessary. I think it is possible that animals could infect humans. Your symptoms sound like you could have a food intolerance, H-pylori and/or a parasite. Feel free to call me for a consult 626.358.7176.

There could be many things going on with you. I would consider food intollerances and possibly infections.
