My son just came back from a trip to Russia and he wanted to recreate some of the dishes he enjoyed. He made plov for us and it was delicious! I appreciate you posting your videos - it helps those of us learning to cook new dishes know what they should look like and how to make traditional foods. Thank you!

Я люблю китайский плов

I have just found out that Pakistanis use ludicrous amounts of oil to cook. i have a p. lodger and my cooker and floor are now covered in grease and the house smells like a greasy spoon. I bottle of oil used in 2 days - most of it on my kitchen surfaces.

Well this is vegetable oil so its healthier then the cooking oil used for frying. Plus ur not going to eat all this by urself its for multiple people. And you can make it with less oil but that depends on the individuals. Some people like it heavier which is more flavorful. some ppl use very little oil to make it healthier.

pepperoni pizza has 10X more fat than our plov, if you don't like it, just go it eat your hamburgers and bacons, mf bastards.
