www.buffalofieldcampaign.org The Department of Livestock show no respect for anything in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Not only are they hazing buffalo but they ride snowmobiles through riparian areas and disturb other wildlife as well.

  • Phhht. Looks more to me like they are just herding them. No harm done. Much easier done on a snowmobile than a horse during that time of year. You need to look elsewhere for your extremist propaganda.

  • Bison are the only wildlife that are subject to being herded with tax dollars, both state and federal. If you are going to make your judgements based purely on an interface between 28 seconds of footage and your own biases, then any conclusion or thought you utter is suspect, as it takes research to come to ACCURATE conclusions. The website has been provided. Quit being so lazy.

  • Well, you can herd them, hunt them, or hit them on the highways. TAKE YOUR PICK !

Frankly, bison are delicious! I'd rather have the state pocket $1000 in license fees per surplus animal than spend thousands to keep animals off the highways and from breaking down private property outside the park. Put that money into disease management and difficulties evaporate quickly. BFC is being shortsighted.
