Yesterday on 29th Dec, the Obama admin have cleared Mulla Omer from the most wanted personals list.
The US don't have any mandate to look for high value targets in side Pakistan. The attack on check post that killed 24 soldiers resulted in disallowing the usage of Pakistani highways and vacating of an air strip used for drone operations.
US has been down rated in credit worthiness, and there are protest against poverty.
