Ummm.. Captured using Windows Media Centre on 'DVD Ready' settings and a digital DVB-T TV Tuner card from the HD Broadcast - the original file is a 138Mb MPEG 2 video file in 768x576 resolution with a variable bitrate of 6488kb/s.

Oh, and I just uploaded the whole 138Mb file and let youtube do whatever it wanted with it. I have ADSL 2+ so it didn't take that long to upload!

I did try a lower res file that was about 40Mb in size, but it came out looking a lot worse, so I deleted it; thus the 'higher quality' filename.
