Remember a few years back the Chinese blew up one of it's old satellite in orbit? I'm thinking maybe this is what they used to do it, so to make a point to the Americans that their not the only ones with haarp.

Actually, all of these areas DO have FCC restrictions. I work at a long range FAA X-band radar. It has been here since the 1950's...WELL before HAARP existed. We have out FCC frequency and broadcast permit hanging on the wall, in accordance with regulations, as does ANY FAA or NWS facility.

@redfoxtrapper Can you define sighting their scope? Recently, it seems like a trend, test drive. Is there anykind of search tool, mapping software, that can go back to archives and pull out patterns. I'm not a techie but this community could utilize their strengths in asking the right questions, observing anomalies and consensus predictive forecasting.
Radar types, strengths, timing, area projected, rays resulting along with the results of indictors seems maybe 24-48hrs of a heads up?
