Don't make a fandub of licensed series (especially if it already has a dub). Just because you like a series doesn't mean you can make a dub of it. Most of the time, they're not as good or as professional as the real thing.

Oh, I was just wondering, 'cause it's not always a good idea to make a demo yourself for work.

One thing I would say about the demo is NOT state the year, in case you want it to be listened to later on. For example, commercial demos shouldn't say stuff like "The 2009 [car model] . .  ."
