@MarquisRider -its called the chirp scratch or chirping, he achieved that sound by slightly varying the speed or pitch of the chirp. Dj Angelo has an excellent tutorial here on Youtube on chirping as well as other scratch technics. Others have tutorials but Dj Angelo really breaks it down and does a good job explaining the how to's. Good luck and if u didn't know Jazzy Jeff is the illest....lol.
